• Initiate Return or Exchange:
    Please start your return or exchange process within 3 working days from the date you received the package.
  • Contact Customer Service:
    Reach out to our customer service and submit an unboxing video along with your request. Returns lacking an unboxing video will not be accepted.
  • Shipping Costs:
    Kukai will cover shipping costs only for damaged items or incorrect packages. Customers are responsible for shipping costs if they wish to exchange for a different size.
  • Exchange Details:
    Exchanges are limited to the exact same item. In cases where the item is out of stock or unavailable, an exchange for another item of equal or greater value will be permitted.
  • Return Conditions:
    All returned products must be unworn, unwashed, and must still have the hang tag intact.
  • Refund Policy:
